Terms & Business Policy

ChaPol Industrial Systems is a division of ChaPol Co., Ltd. (Thailand).

1. Professional / Commercial Use Only

Our services are offered exclusively for professional and commercial use. We do not provide consumer retail sales.

2. Nature of Services

We provide professional industrial system implementation services, including scoping, equipment sourcing coordination, on-site deployment, commissioning, training, SOP handover and post-deployment support as agreed contractually.

3. No Standalone Equipment Sales

We do not sell standalone machinery. Any equipment referenced or provided forms part of a turnkey system implementation and professional services delivery.

4. Qualification First

Payments are processed only after qualification and execution of contractual documents (MSA/SOW). Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Payments & Providers

Payments may be processed via manual payment link using approved providers (e.g., Stripe where available), and/or via offline settlement (bank transfer), subject to compliance review.

6. Deposits

A commitment deposit may be required to reserve an implementation slot and initiate preparation and procurement activities. Deposit amounts are defined in the executed Statement of Work.

7. Geographic Restrictions

Services are not offered to restricted jurisdictions, including Russia and Ukraine, or where prohibited by sanctions or compliance requirements.

8. Governing Law

These policies and related agreements are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
