Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to professional industrial system implementation services provided by ChaPol Industrial Systems.

1. Commitment Deposits

Deposits secure an implementation slot and initiate preparation, procurement coordination, scheduling and resource allocation. Deposits are professional services commitment fees, not purchases of goods.

2. Limited Withdrawal Window

Clients may request withdrawal within 48 hours from the moment of deposit payment, provided that:

• No on-site dates have been scheduled, and
• No procurement or preparation activities have commenced.

If eligible, a refund may be issued minus:

• Non-recoverable payment processor fees, and
• An administrative charge of USD 950 (flat).

3. After Commencement

Once on-site dates are scheduled, preparation/procurement begins, or resources are allocated, deposits become non-refundable due to the customized and capacity-reserved nature of the services.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requires reasonable advance notice as defined in the contract. Late changes may incur rescheduling fees reflecting committed resources and logistics.
